The objective of this research work is to determine how the application of the Anapana sati meditation technique influences the self-regulation of emotions in fifth grade students of the primary level of the Educational Institution "Nuestra Señora de Fátima", El Agustino. The research design developed was quasi-experimental. The experimental method used was based on the quantitative approach. The population consisted of 48 students enrolled in the fifth grade of the primary level. The objective of the present research was to determine the influence of application of the Meditation technique Anapana sati in the self-regulation of emotions and the selection of the sample was non-probabilistic, consisting of 48 students of the fifth grade of the primary education level enrolled: 24 for the control group and 24 for the experimental group. It was concluded that with a significance level of 0.05 that, Anapana sati as a meditation technique, significantly influences the improvement of self-regulation of emotions in fifth grade children of the primary level in the Educational Institution N ° 1045 Our Lady of Fatima, El Agustino.
