The objective of this research work is to present the description of the characteristics of the organizational culture and its internal components: the organizational structure, the work environment and the values, in the chosen research unit: the agency of Banco de Crédito del Peru, branch located in the Jockey Plaza Shopping Center, in 2021. The methodological foundation considers the descriptive type structure. The population and sample were made up of the agency's administrative staff, which totaled 32 people. To collect the information, a multiple-choice questionnaire was used, previously validated by three qualified teachers from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. The internal consistency of the instrument, analyzed after its application, was positive and highly reliable. The results of the statistical analysis determined the need to make the personnel reassignment structure more flexible, stimulating internal communication in order to know the opinions of the workers. The reassignment of personnel is considered efficient if induction meetings are implemented by those responsible for the destination agencies. It is also suggested to plan work meetings with the purpose of exchanging experiences, information and procedures between nearby agencies, as well as considering the need to standardize the procedures of the working groups of each agency and a review of distribution policies. of percentages for the sale of additional products.
