The objective of this research work was to analyze how compliance with the control measures of occupational safety (SL) in occupational health (SO) in the sector of civil construction in times of pandemic with risk of suffering from Covid-19 infections during the restart of phase 2, in order to determine compliance with control measures implemented in the SL in the SO, confirming the general hypothesis where the measures of control of the SL contributes to the improvement of the OS in times of pandemic. The research design was of a non-experimental type since no variable manipulation. Therefore, to establish the result of this evaluation it was necessary the assistance of the database of the SL and SO area of the project line 2 of the Lima Metro of the years 2020 and 2021, in turn, the validity and reliability of the instruments whose values according to the Test-Retests test and the use of the Pearson's correlation coefficient, it was established that the independent variable with 4 items, is 0.891, therefore this instrument is reliable; in the same way in the variable dependent, the reliability achieved by the Test-Retests analysis, with 5 items, is 0.878, therefore the instrument was considered highly reliable. When obtaining the results, it was determined that by complying with the controls implemented with Proactive management, through training and inspections as well as other mass dissemination tools such as Hazards and Risks warning signs associated with the prevention of infections have been reduced by 77.8%, and the disabling accidents with medical leave in 50%. Concluding that the controls influence in solving the general problem with the control measures of the SL in the SO in the civil construction sector in times of pandemic during the years 2020 – 2021implemented in the project for Line 2 of the Lima Metro.
