The objective of this research work is to determine the level of eco-efficient management of the Provincial Municipality of Mariscal Cáceres, San Martín. To do this, we worked from a quantitative approach, basic and descriptive, without manipulation of variables with a cross-section. The sample was made up of 140 workers from the municipality under study. In order to collect the necessary information to work, surveys were used, and thanks to their application and subsequent use, it was concluded that: There is a low level of eco-efficient management of the Provincial Municipality of Mariscal Cáceres, San Martín as indicated 65% of workers. This is as a result of poor administration and use of the resources available, as well as a low level of need and initiative in the search for information on topics related to environmental work. Furthermore: There is a low level of eco-efficient management in its energy dimension, since 63% of respondents present and indicate that, within the municipality, due importance is not given to the maintenance of the machinery and equipment that is used, it is still It continues to use non-saving light bulbs, and there are delays in the payment of basic services. There is a low level of eco-efficient management in its solid waste dimension in the municipality analyzed, since poor practice has been observed in the recycling activity.
