Habilidades de aprendizaje y competencias investigativas en los participantes del diplomado en liderazgo y gestión de la compañía de infantería de la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército – 2019

Abstract

La tesis presentada tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las habilidades de aprendizaje y las competencias investigativas en los participantes del Diplomado en Liderazgo y Gestión de la Compañía de Infantería de la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército – 2019 y la metodología utilizada fue de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de nivel descriptivo – correlacional. La población la conformaron 40 oficiales alumnos de la Escuela de Infantería y la muestra de tipo censal, quienes contestaron a 24 preguntas, las cuales fueron validadas por juicio de expertos y correlacionadas haciendo uso de la prueba estadística Rho de Pearson que arrojó una cifra de 0,824, es decir, una relación positiva moderada. Finalmente, se llegó a la conclusión que hay una relación entre las variables las habilidades de aprendizaje y las competencias investigativas.

The thesis presented below aimed to determine the relationship between learning skills and investigative competences in the participants of the Diploma in Leadership and Management of the Infantry Company of the Army Infantry School - 2019. applied, it had a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive-correlational level. The population was made up of 40 officers, students of the Infantry School and the census-type sample, who answered 24 questions, which were validated by expert judgment and correlated using Pearson's Rho statistical test, which yielded a figure of 0.824, that is, a moderate positive relationship. Finally, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the variables learning skills and research skills.
