The objective of this research work was the subject of approach and the fundamental purpose of the research was to be able to define the relationship between teachers' work performance and the institutional climate within an educational entity in Yurimaguas. The research presented a methodological procedure that covered the need to obtain numerical results to contrast the hypotheses, as well as not having direct intervention in the variables by the researcher, as well as seeking a link between the studied phenomena, whose population and shows what They constituted the 30 teachers who are part of said educational entity. Where two questionnaires were used to analyze the variables, where both questionnaires contain 25 items each, on a Likert scale. The results showed that variable 1 had a low level of perception regarding teachers' performance (50%), while at the climate level it was classified as inadequate (57%). The research concluded in the following: The relationship that exists between the variables is high positive, whose level of significance presents a value p<=0.05, with a Spearman's Rho r=0.745, which indicates that the relationship between these variables is significant
