This research aims to determine the differences that exist between the SGA Chamilo and the SGA Moodle as a didactic strategy of the Computer Science course in the students of the School of Accounting of the UPeU, subsidiary Tarapoto. Making known from the perspective of student learning the differences that exist between these two tools in the construction of their knowledge. The study that was developed is of the applied type, and the instrument used is the questionnaire, which consisted of preparing questions and using the Likert scale allowed us to obtain information for the statistical analysis and identify the relationship between the variables proposed. Our sample consisted of a total of 37 students of the Accounting professional career, belonging to the Computer Science course of the 2019-1 academic year of the UPeU subsidiary Tarapoto who contributed to the research. In conclusion, it was evidenced that, if there are differences between the SGA Chamilo and the SGA Moodle as a didactic strategy, this is evidenced according to results with a difference in its degree of correlation of 0.062 in favor of Chamilo.
