The results showed at the descriptive level that of the respondents, 48.0% (48) indicate that the scientific research culture, followed by 27.0% (27) who perceive that it is moderate, another 15.0% (27 ) subscribe that it is low, and finally 10.0% (10) show that it is very high. These data are confirmed by the corresponding descriptive statistics, where the mean is 62.0. According to the levels and ranges, the scientific research culture is high. At the inferential level, a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient = 0.599 was obtained, which is interpreted at 99.99% ** the correlation is significant at the bilateral 0.05 level, being interpreted as a moderate positive relationship between the variables, with a p = 0.000 (p <0.05), rejecting the null hypothesis. Therefore, it was concluded that: the culture of scientific research is directly related to the learning process, that is, the greater the culture of scientific research, the more effective the learning process, in addition, according to the Spearman correlation of 0.599, this represents a moderate positive correlation.
