The title of this research work is "Use of virtual environments in classroom management of non-face-to-face educational services in educational institutions of Regular Basic Education in the San Martín region, in times of pandemic" which objective was to determine the relationship of the use of virtual environments in the classroom management of the non-face- to-face educational service in the educational institutions of Regular Basic Education in the San Martín region, in times of pandemic. Methodologically, the research had a quantitative approach, applied type, correlational level, non-experimental design, the sample was made up of 3,263 teachers to whom 2 questionnaires were applied through Google Forms. The main results showed that the use of virtual environments is regular by 67% and with respect to classroom management this is efficient by 79%. It is concluded at a general level that the use of virtual environments and classroom management presents a considerable positive relationship, given that its significance value was equal to “0.000” and the correlation coefficient was equal to “.728”, from this the study hypothesis was accepted.
