The objective of this research work is to find the relationship between the ICT variables and listening comprehension in UNE students. It was hypothesized that there is a significant relationship between the variables use of ICT and listening comprehension in the students of the study sample. A quantitative approach was used for data processing, for which data collection instruments had to be developed and content validation was carried out by expert judgment. Once the instruments had been validated, a pilot test was carried out with a sample similar to that of the study. A questionnaire and a listening comprehension test were used to evaluate the variables as instruments and the survey was used as a technique for collecting data from the students of the selected sample. The design was correlational and the descriptive method was used to carry out the work. Once the instruments and the corresponding hypothesis test were applied, it was concluded that there is a high and directly proportional correlation between the use of ICT and the listening comprehension of the French language in the students of the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education. .
