This research entitled “Quality of the Potable Water service of EPS SEDACUSCO S.A. and the level of satisfaction of the staff of the EPS SEDACUSCO. Its general objective was to establish how the quality of the drinking water service of the EPS SEDACUSCO S.A influences the satisfaction of the user personnel of the EPS SEDACUSCO. A cross-sectional descriptive, cross-sectional descriptive design was applied in the investigation, which determined the population that would be made up of the user personnel of the EPS SEDACUSCO, who have the drinking water service, for this purpose data collection instruments were applied which was for a survey for both variables, finally arriving so that the quality of service with a higher rating was 60% low, while user satisfaction was low by 66%, only 20% marked on average and while only 14% a high. In such a way that it could be observed that if there is a positive relationship between both variables, then the bilateral “sig” value obtained (0.009) is less than 0.050. Likewise, since the correlation coefficient (“r” value) is 0.368, the qualification for said correlation is a considerable positive.
