The objective of this research work had the main mission of establishing if there is a relationship between Emotional Management and COVID-19 in masters of the Educational Management mention of the National University of Education, 2020. Therefore, it tends to understand the influence that exercises emotional management in the face of the pandemic, seeking among its foundations the ways to deal with this health crisis. The study of the methodology is based on the approach quantitative, of a substantive or base type, of a descriptive correlational design. The technique was the survey and the research instruments were two questionnaires based on the Emotional Management variable and the COVID-19 variable. The study population was made up of 35 teachers to which the probabilistic sample was applied, leaving 23 students. In the results, descriptive statistics were used to obtain the opinion of respondents and inferential statistics for hypothesis testing. The conclusion of the research is that there is no significant relationship between emotional management and the COVID-19, in each of its dimensions: motivation, empathy and social skills; and the social, political and economic aspect.
