The present research work has had as its main problem How is the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) related to the academic performance of teachers in the Army War College, Lima? so the objective is to determine the relationship between the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the academic performance of teachers in the Army War College, Lima. The type of research is applied of a correlational descriptive nature. The population was made up of 246 students of the VIII and IX Master of Military Sciences of the Army War College, from which a sample of 150 students has been obtained, the survey technique was applied and the tool was a Likert-scale questionnaire. A descriptive analysis of the variables under study has been carried out in their respective dimensions; likewise, tests of specific hypotheses have been performed using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient, which have been significant; having concluded that there is a significant relationship between the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the academic performance of teachers at the Army War College, Lima. With a Pearson correlation of r=0.958 there is a very strong positive correlation of the variables. In addition, according to the level of significance of p=0.000 < 0.05 is considered significant.
