Evaluación formativa y aprendizaje por competencias en los cadetes de II año de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019

Abstract

La finalidad de este estudio fue determinar la relación entre la evaluación formativa y aprendizaje por competencias en los cadetes de II año de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. La investigación desarrolla a una metodología de carácter cuantitativo; así mismo fue desarrollada de tipo aplicado, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal así mismo tiene un nivel descriptivo correlacional y una metodología hipotético deductiva. Se presentó una población de 280 cadetes y con una muestra conformada por 162 cadetes de II año, siendo participes del instrumento que realizó de las variables, evaluación formativa y aprendizaje por competencias, así mismo con las dimensiones correspondientes. Los datos adquiridos fueron sometidos al proceso de software estadístico SPSSv25, obteniendo resultados descriptivos e inferenciales permitiendo conocer la magnitud de la relación fuerte entre variables “evaluación formativa” y “aprendizaje por competencia”, se obtuvo que la relación de Spearman es de 0.926; finalmente se llegó a la conclusión que la evaluación formativa se relaciona con el aprendizaje por competencias en los cadetes de II año de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the formative evaluation and learning by competencies in the cadets of the II year of the Military School of Chorrillos Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, 2019. The research concerns a quantitative methodology; Likewise, it was developed as an applied type, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, it also has a correlational descriptive level and a hypothetical deductive methodology. A population of 280 cadets was presented and with a sample made up of 162 second-year cadets, participating in the instrument that carried out the variables, formative evaluation and learning by competencies, likewise with the corresponding dimensions. The acquired data were subjected to the SPSSv25 statistical software process, obtaining descriptive and inferential results allowing to know the magnitude of the strong relationship between variables “formative evaluation” and “learning by competence”, whose Spearman relation is 0.926; Finally, the conclusion was reached that the formative evaluation is related to learning by competencies in the cadets of the II year of the Coronel Francisco Bolognesi Military School of Chorrillos, 2019.
