The objective of this research work was titled: “The management of educational quality and its relationship with the organizational culture in the teachers of the educational institution N°652-12 "Virgen del Buen Paso" sector Virgen del Buen Paso- Pamplona Alta - San Juan de Miraflores”; The objective was to determine the relationship between the aforementioned variables. The research was quantitative, correlational and non-experimental. The sample was made up of 68 teachers who worked at the aforementioned educational center; applying, as instruments, two self-constructed questionnaires. The findings reported that both educational quality management and organizational culture were rated as inadequate from the perspective of 60% and 63%, respectively. Likewise, it was found that these variables were directly and significantly associated (rho=.783, p<.001); as well as the organizational culture with the dimensions of educational quality management: teaching-learning processes (rho=.778, p<.001), pedagogical practices (rho=.774, p<.001) and student participation. actors and involved (rho=.785, p<.001). Consequently, it was concluded that, to the extent that effective management is promoted that adapts education to quality standards, the perceived organizational culture will increase.
