Sistemas, Aplicaciones, Productos en Procesamiento de Datos (SAP) en la Toma de Decisiones de los Estados Financieros en el Seguro Social de Salud Tarapoto, 2019

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación tiene como título “Efectos del Sistemas, Aplicaciones, Productos en Procesamiento de Datos (SAP) en la toma de decisiones de los Estados Financieros en el Seguro Social de Salud Tarapoto, 2019”, se tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el Sistemas, Aplicaciones, Productos en Procesamiento de datos (SAP) y la Toma de decisiones de los Estados Financieros en el Seguro Social de Salud Tarapoto, siendo esta una investigación de nivel correlacional con diseño no exploratorio, se aplicó una encuesta en escala de Likert a una muestra de 30 colaboradores del Seguro Social de Salud de Tarapoto. Como resultados se obtuvo que existe una correlación significativa entre el Sistemas, Aplicaciones, Productos en Procesamiento de Datos (SAP) y la Toma de decisiones, dicho resultado se obtuvo mediante el uso de la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman, donde se obtuvo un valor de significancia de 0,000 siendo menor a 0,05, donde finalmente se concluye que existe una relación significante entre las variables del presente estudio.

The objective of this research work is entitled "System Effects, Applications, Products in Data Processing (SAP) in the decision making of the Financial Statements in the Tarapoto Health Social Security, 2019", the objective was determine the relationship between the Systems, Applications, Products in Data Processing (SAP) and Decision Making of Financial Statements in the Tarapoto Health Social Security, this being a correlational level investigation with non-exploratory design, a Likert scale survey was applied to a sample of 30 collaborators of the Social Security of Health of Tarapoto. As results it was obtained that there is a significant correlation between the Systems, Applications, Products in Data Processing (SAP) and Decision Making, said result was obtained by using Spearman's Rho statistical test, where a value of significance of 0.000 being less than 0.05, where it is finally concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the present study.
