The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the organizational motivation and work performance in the company Herco Combustible S.A.C. Lurín, 2020. Likewise, to help strengthen the importance of knowing the subject of organizational motivation, the same that allows the development of strategies to improve the job performance. The research has been developed based on the scientific method with a focus quantitative because it is a rigorous, valid and reliable procedure to acquire knowledge about the laws that govern facts or ideas. The study is applied and descriptive, likewise, it has a non-experimental correlational design. The main conclusion reached in the investigation is that there is a relationship between "organizational motivation" and "job performance", with a coefficient of correlation of 0.886 which indicated a moderate correlation between the variables and p = 0.000 < 0.01 which corresponds to a confidence level of 99%, therefore the decision is made rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternate hypothesis; so that the motivation organization is significantly related to job performance in the company Herco Combustibles S.A.C. Lurin, 2020.
