The main objective of this research is to demonstrate the effect of the Lectimus interactive Reading partner program in the Reading comprehension of General Studies 2020 of the San Antonio Abad National University of Cusco and its students. For this, a quasi-experimental design was used, the sample was intentionally chosen. Two classrooms were selected, one designated as the experimental group and the other as the control group. The obtained data in the present investigation allows to conclude that the application of the Lectimus interactive Reading program has a significant influence on the improvement of the Reading Comprehension Levels: Literal level, Inferential level, Critical level of the study subject, for this it was applied the data collection instrument considering the dimensions of the Reading comprehension variable. Testing the general hypothesis in the test of paired simples where the value of “sig” P is (0.000); is less than the level of significance (0.05); so it is verified that there is a difference in the Pre Tes, By virtue of the results obtained, it is recommended that the Lectimus interactive Reading partner program should be applied to other university contexts so that its effectiveness can be corroborated in the development of the students’ Reading level, but it must be with the tutor teacher accompaniment , to achieve its effectiveness.
