The method used was hypothetical deductive. The type of research is basic descriptive, correlational level within the quantitative approach and cross-sectional, non-experimental correlational design. The instruments used were Likert scale surveys for the specialized drawing factors and their respective learning. the same ones that were verified by expert judgments where it was through surveys that have legitimacy and reliability. The population was 120 students, the representative sample is made up of 30 students of the program and the strategy used to collect the data was the survey and the instruments were validated by expert judgments and through Cronbach's Alpha, which was worked with the help of statistics. The results indicate that the program students, first of all, on the technical drawing variable, according to the descriptive analyzes of 100%, 36.7% are located at the beginning, while 50% are in process and 13.3 % in achieved. It is in second place on the learning variable according to the descriptive analyzes of 100%, 46.7% are in the beginning, while 40% are in process and 13.3% are in achievement. Concluding that there is a relationship of 0.809 of extensive greatness and positive propensity according to the Spearman Rho coefficient test, a high connection between Technical Drawing and Learning.
