Assessing student satisfaction contributes to making wise decisions in management oriented to educational quality by evaluating the teaching and academic performance of teachers. The objective of this work is to determine the relationship between the satisfaction of the teachers' training students and the quality of the teaching and academic performance of the teachers of the Institute of Public Pedagogical Higher Education "Emilia Barcia Boniffatti" of Lima. The research approach is quantitative, the level is correlational, basic type, the design is non-experimental, transectional, descriptive and the population was 180 students of teacher training, and the sampling was census. The survey with a Likert scale was used as a technique, to measure the two variables, with a reliability value through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.846 and 0.803 respectively. The results to test the general hypothesis: a Sparman Rho correlation coefficient = 0.680 was obtained ** which is interpreted at 99.99% ** the correlation is significant at the bilateral 0.01 level, being interpreted as a high positive relationship between the variables, with a p = 0.00 (p <0.01), rejecting the null hypothesis. It was concluded: That the student's satisfaction is directly related to the didactic and academic performance of the trainer, that is, the better the student's satisfaction, the didactic and academic performance of the trainer will be greater, also according to the Spearman correlation of 0.680 represents this A high positive correlation.
