The comprehensive training of future professionals commits to having a vocation, conviction, creativity, innovation, responsibility and interest, in addition to promoting a culture of dramatization of social skills, since the purpose was to determine the influence against the pillars and aspects of sustainable development and interculturality, as a didactic alternative of interests and needs, with casuistry, questions or problematic situations, perspectives, challenges, challenges, alternatives and commitments, in order to enhance criticality, reflection and assessment in university students. The hypothesis: The dramatization of social skills effectively influences sustainable development and interculturality in students. The research was quantitative, applied type, explanatory level, experimental method and quasi-experimental design. The population of 200 students, the sample of 98 students, 49 in the experimental group and 49 in the control group, as intact groups, taken non-probabilistically. To contrast the hypothesis, the Wilcoxon test statistician was used, where p = 0.000 is less than 0.05 that is (0.000 <0.05), after applying the research instruments in the pre-test, the result is none at the high level. While in the post-test there is 63.3, it is located at the high level in sustainable development and interculturality, which allowed deducing the existence of significant differences between the experimental and control groups, concluding that the dramatization of social skills influences the sustainable development and interculturality in students of the Faculty of Systems Engineering and Informatics and Faculty of Physical Sciences of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in 2019.
