The objective of this research work is to analyze the methodological strategies of Isabel Solé at the level of reading comprehension. For this purpose, the research on methodological strategies by Solé (1998) within the framework of primary level educational teaching was taken as a starting point. Through the methodology of the quantitative approach, the Solé strategies variable was applied and the reading comprehension variable was examined, which were applied to twenty-five students of the fourth level of primary school. The results indicate that Solé's strategies significantly affect reading comprehension within the comparative Z = (-6,159). This explains that the correct application of the strategy will influence the development of learning levels. Finally, the study discusses and reflects on the results in comparison with other equivalent realities to promote and agree on the impact that Solé's methodology has on reading comprehension in the framework of primary education.
