The objective of this research work is the research developed with a quantitative approach, with a deductive method; It is an applied, non-experimental, correlational, transactional research. Its objective was to identify the relationship between knowledge about healthy eating and perception of body image in adults in times of COVID-19, Junín - Peru. The sample consisted of 383 adults living in the city of Huancayo, of which 193 belonged to the female gender and 190 to the male gender. The technique used was the survey, the weighing, the carving and the test of silhouettes. The instruments used were the 31-question questionnaire, the height rod, the scale, and the model of body silhouettes. The results obtained according to the criterion of significance with a p value equal to 0.03, which indicates that there is a weak relationship between knowledge about healthy eating and perception of body image. 57% of adults have a regular level of knowledge about healthy eating and 50% of respondents have an overestimated perception of their body image The research concluded that there is a weak relationship between knowledge about healthy eating and perception of body image in adults in times of COVID-19, Junín-Peru.
