The purpose of this research work was to identify and characterize occupational exposure to dysergonomic risk factors; and in turn, describe how to measure them, control them, observe their impact on the robustness of workers and finally, provide recommendations on the level of ergonomic risk found. The development of the study included 7 important points, being the following: Occupational exposure to dysergonomic risk factors, where it was explained that occupational exposure is understood as the interaction that workers have with chemical, physical, biological, psychosocial and/or dysergonomic occupational agents, for the development of job tasks. Classification of the dysergonomic risk factors in the present research work was: forced postures, manual lifting of loads, repetitive movements and application of forces. Monitoring of dysergonomic risk factors in the workplace, where it was stated that dysergonomic risk factors can be monitored by applying evaluations according to the identified dysergonomic risk factor(s). Assessment of the risk of occupational exposure to dysergonomic risk elements begins with knowing the tasks of the position, assessing the working conditions. Identifying dysergonomic risk factors, etc. Controls of exposure to dysergonomic risk factors, where it was stated that dysergonomic risk management is a good management to control exposure to dysergonomic risk factors. Impact on populations due to dysergonomic risk factors generated in economic activities, explaining that poor posture subsequently affects health; likewise, using belts, girdles, or tight pants accentuates leg pain. Preventive measures for occupational and environmental exposure to disergonomic risk factors, where it was evident that some preventive measures to avoid them are: safety at work, job rotation and physical activity.
