This professional proficiency work focuses on a program for workers of a company in the infrastructure management and general services sector during the post-Confinement due to Coronavirus, a period of health crisis that was supported by the Minsa 2020. Had as general objective to reduce the level of anxiety in workers who returned to work, post confinement due to Covid-19. Therefore, specific objectives were determined, which are to raise awareness about the importance of managing anxiety in workers who returned to their work after confinement due to Covid 19, and promote the application of anxiety management strategies in workers who returned to their work after confinement due to Covid 19. To this end, the problem was identified, the program was designed and executed based on 7 sessions. For the initial and final evaluation, the Zung Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale was used, and group questions were asked in session and observation to monitor the program. The program administered a (quantitative) method based on a psychoeducational approach using cognitive behavioral techniques. The intervention resulted in a reduction in the level of severe anxiety from 45% to 10%, in that sense the program contributed favorably to workers with anxious symptoms.
