Introduction: Elderly adults with hip fracture who have not undergone surgical treatment have a poor prognosis, associated with total dependence and indefinite bedridden status. The application of a physiotherapeutic approach is necessary so that these patients can improve their functions and have a quality of life. Objective: To describe a home-based physiotherapeutic approach in an elderly patient post hip fracture without surgical treatment in Lima - Peru, during the period from September 2022 to November 2023. Work Description: Implementation of a physiotherapeutic approach with high intervention frequency in 4 phases: supine, sitting, standing, and walking. Where the rehabilitation of the hip as an individual joint will be prioritized and then integrated to achieve global function in their activities of daily living. Finally, psychological aspects were considered throughout the approach. Conclusion: The application of an evidence-based physiotherapeutic approach in an elderly adult patient with hip fracture without surgical treatment was carried out with high frequency, focusing on joint and global function, and with psychological strategies. Positive results were observed, and the performance of population studies focused on the rehabilitation of this type of patients is recommended so that approaches can be replicated.
