Objective: Describe the sequelae of COVID and characteristics of spirometry of health workers at Hospital II Huánuco 2020 2021. Material and Methods: A descriptive observational study was carried out in 297 Works who were initially included, but only 270 completed it, 27 could not be contacted, a questionnaire was applied (Case report form for the post COVID condition) and Spirometry was performed on 270 health workers who had COVID in the study period wh o met the selection criteria. Result: It was found that the average age was 46 years, 63.7% were women and mostly nursing staff (31.48%), in 167 (68.89%) the disease was mild, in 61.85% the diagnosis was performed by serological test, 265 (98.15%) stated t hat their self care capacity in the last 7 days was the same as before. The sequelae found were fatigue, musculoskeletal (myalgia, arthralgia, arthritis and muscle weakness), mental health (mainly anxiety) and chest pain. Fatigue had a significant associat ion with older age (<0.05) and with the severity of the acute condition: severe critical (<0.05), the musculoskeletal sequelae was statistically significant with the female sex (<0.05). There was no alteration in spirometry in 99% of the workers. Conclusio ns: the predominant sequelae found in workers were fatigue, musculoskeletal, mental health and chest pain.
