Introduction: According to global statistics, ankle fractures are one of the most common, representing 9.2% of all fractures. Scientific evidence shows that physiotherapy treatment has a positive impact on patient recovery. It is vitally important to know what considerations to have in the physiotherapy approach to this highly recurrent pathology. Objectives: Describe the physiotherapeutic approach in a patient post-operative for fibula fracture dislocation in the period from October 2023 to January 2024 at the SANAE Lima-Peru clinic. Job description: The approach to a patient post-operative for fibular dislocation-fracture, taking into account the absence of a clinical management guide in the workplace. The approach was carried out based on the search and application of evidence-based physiotherapy processes to guarantee optimal rehabilitation of the patient. Conclusion: The considerations in my professional experience based on scientific literature for the physiotherapeutic approach in this patient with fibular fracture dislocation are the application of physical therapeutic agents, the use of manual techniques and the approach of stretching, proprioceptive and strengthening exercises.
