Introduction: Psychomotor developmental delay has risk factors associated with prematurity and multiple gestation. It presents alterations in motor, cognitive and social development. For this reason, early care as a preventive approach benefits the comprehensive care of the child so that he/she can reach the developmental milestones according to his/her age. Objective: To describe the physiotherapeutic approach in two premature twins with delayed psychomotor development from July to September 2023 in Lima-Peru. Description of the professional experience: The physiotherapeutic approach in twin premature infants with delayed psychomotor development consisted of 30 sessions of 30 minutes during 3 months with a frequency of 3 times a week. The NDT-Bobath method was used, with the aim of achieving normal developmental milestones and preventing future complications. Conclusion: The physiotherapeutic approach, as an early intervention in two premature twin babies with delayed psychomotor development, using the NDT-Bobath and sensorimotor method. This was important in obtaining positive results in the treatment of delayed psychomotor development, which allowed the babies to approach the windows of normal developmental milestones.
