Following the start of the pandemic, nursing staff had to adapt to a radical change in the care of tuberculosis patients, elucidating the limitations in human resources, coupled with the abandonment of patients due to fear of contracting COVID-19, which generated a state of vulnerability in them, affecting their performance and thus their level of job satisfaction. Objective: To determine the level of job satisfaction of nursing professionals in the Health and Tuberculosis Control Strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic of the San Martín de Porres-Lima 2022 healthcare network. Methods and Materials: Cross-sectional, observational, descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data were obtained using a modified and validated instrument. Results: Job satisfaction was positioned as high with 50.00%, low with 25.86% and intermediate with 24.14%. Conclusion: The study found that half of the participants have a high level of job satisfaction.
