The pandemic brought with it an increase in the demand for care in health facilities, as a result of this inadequate quality of sleep, work fatigue, typical of the work overload, in the first level of care facilities in addition to the COVID patient care were added preventive promotional activities such as vaccination to all age groups, this study aimed to determine the relationship of sleep quality and fatigue in health care personnel post COVID assistance in the first level of care I-4 of the province of Santa. An observational, correlational, cross-sectional and prospective study was carried out in the health care personnel of the first level of care of the I-4 establishments of the province of Santa, belonging to the Ministry of Health, to evaluate sleep quality, the Pittsburgh test was used, to evaluate work fatigue, the Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI) questionnaire. As a result, 52.4% of those evaluated had fatigue to different degrees and 84.5% had inadequate sleep quality. It was concluded that both variables, sleep quality and fatigue, were bilaterally significant at less than 0.01 and a p-ratio of less than 0.05.
