Background: User satisfaction depends on the quality of care provided by the emergency services. This area is more complex than others, so personnel speed and efficiency are essential to safeguard the user's life while providing quality care. Objective: Determine user satisfaction level regarding the quality of care provided by the nursing professional in the emergency service of the International Clinic sede San Borja in 2023. Material and methods: This study employed a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional methodology with a descriptive design. The population comprised 1026 users, while the sample consisted of 220 users. The confidence level was set at 95% and the margin of error at 5%. The data were collected through interviews, with the questionnaire serving as the instrument. The instrument had previously been validated, and reliability was found to be high, with a score of 0.81 according to the Cronbach's alpha statistic. For the purpose of data analysis, descriptive statistics were employed for categorical variables, utilizing the absolute frequency and percentages. Inferential statistics were employed, utilizing a parametric test with interval estimation. The confidence interval (CI) limits were determined at 95%. In inferential statistics, 95% confidence interval (CI) limits were calculated. Results: Users reported 89.5% complete satisfaction, 10.5% moderate satisfaction and no dissatisfaction. Conclusions: It was concluded that users were completely satisfied with the quality of care provided by the nursing professional.
