In March 2019, the World Health Organization reported as a public health emergency the outbreak of the disease called COVID-19. Those patients infected with this disease came to have subsequent sequelae between the third and sixth month, about 80% of patients persist with symptoms due to poor knowledge of post- COVID care. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge of post-COVID care in patients with epidemiological discharge from a health center. Material and Methods: A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 77 patients over 18 years of age who had COVID. The data collection technique was through a previously validated 40-question instrument. Results: The ages ranged from 18 to 70 years, with a mean of 26.64 months after having suffered the disease. The 57.14% presented average knowledge, 57.14% reported not having had any educational talk. Those who did receive a talk, 24.68% received it at a health center, 27.27% received it from a nurse and 11.69% from a physician. The participants emphasized their knowledge in the dimensions of rehabilitation and rest. There is a statistically significant difference on the participants' knowledge depending on who and where they receive the educational talk (p<0.05). Conclusion: Participants have regular knowledge about post-COVID care, it is influenced by who provides and where the education is received.
