Introduction: Speech Sound Disorder (SSD) presents as an articulatory and phonological difficulty. In the rehabilitation were observed process, Hearing, Voice, and Language Therapists worldwide continue to use strategies without scientific support, even though it has demonstrated that they do not contribute to the advancement of this disorder. Objective: This Professional proficiency Work (PPW) aims to describe strategies that favor the rehabilitation of idiopathic SSD in two children aged 3 and 4 years from two private centers in 2023 in Lima, Peru. Description of Work: This PPW narrates the authors' professional experience in the intervention of two children with idiopathic SSD, who presented alterations at the phonetic and phonological level. Likewise, the rehabilitation process is described in three stages where the following strategies were used: Minimum Couples, Practice, and Feedback. Conclusion: Strategies that could favor the rehabilitation of idiopathic SSD according to academic evidence include the application of Minimal Pairs, Practice, and Feedback, since they help in improving speech intelligibility.
