Introduction: Tomographic images are important for medical diagnosis, the lack of access to processing and storage programs has a negative impact on the quality of treatment in health centers. RadiAnt® offers a solution by providing complete and simplified access to images, improving diagnostic accuracy and streamlining patient care. Objectives: Identify the technical considerations for the proper application of the RadiAnt® program that contributes to tomography diagnosis in a health center during a period of 6 months in the months of June to November 2023 (Comas- Lima, Peru 2023). Job Description: The implementation of the RadiAnt® program is based on the absence of the DICOM/ RIS/ SIS/ PACS system for sending, reconstruction and verification of images. Being a free program, RadiAnt® offers an option for image storage, processing and management. However, it is important to take into account three aspects for its use: knowing the software, manual guide to install and compatibility with tomographic equipment; reducing the limitations of radiographic plates. Conclusion: The implementation of the RadiAnt® program in tomographic diagnosis is based on the adequate learning of the medical staff and technologist, as well as the compatibility of the images, which enables a quick and accessible solution for health centers of various levels, mainly medium-low.
