Introduction: Lumbar stabilization exercises are prescribed with the purpose of strengthening and flexing the musculature of the center of the body (CORE). These exercises are fundamental in the physiotherapeutic treatment of patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, as they reduce pain, increase control over the musculature and improve functional capacity. Objectives: To describe the advantages of lumbar stabilization exercises applied in the treatment of a patient with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis in private care in Lima - Peru during the period August - September 2023.
