Objectives: Describe the considerations for the complementary application of physical exercises in the treatment of patients with osteoporosis in a private physiotherapy centre in Lima - Peru during the period November and December 2023. Description of the experience: The considerations applied were: continuing education of physiotherapists, patient education about osteoporosis and application of physical exercises to reduce kinesiophobia. Results: Finally, the applied considerations facilitated the correct application of resistance, balance and impact exercise and resulted in increased muscle strength, balance and decreased risk of falling in patients with osteoporosis. Conclusion: Continuous education of the physiotherapist based on evidence, patient education about their pathology and reduction of patients with kinesiophobia were considerations for the application of physical exercise and obtaining results in patients with osteoporosis from a private physiotherapy center in Lima. - Peru.
