The present investigation analyzes, through a qualitative study, the relationship between business attitudes and production factors in the success of veterinary businesses in the district of El Agustino in the year 2022. For this, two surveys were carried out, one for the owners of the veterinary businesses and the other for clients. The survey for owners took into account only businesses that had a veterinarian, excluding those that are dedicated solely to the sale of accessories or food. The independent variables of the study are: entrepreneurial attitude, which involves five factors that are: need for achievement, innovation, perceived internal control, self-esteem and risk taking; and the factors of production are: labor and capital; Likewise, the dependent variable is business success, which includes: monthly business profits and customer satisfaction. Methodologically, 6 stages were used to determine the level of success of each veterinary business. The first stage evaluated the sub-indicators of the indicators. The second stage evaluated the factor indicators in adequacy categories. The third stage evaluated the factor of each variable in success categories. The fourth stage evaluated the independent variables and the dependent variable in success categories. The fifth stage evaluated the relationship/success effect of each study variable in success categories. The sixth stage evaluated the levels of success of veterinary ventures based on the relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable. As a result, it was found that 44.44% of the offices surveyed are moderately successful according to the parameters used and 55.56% are not very successful; In the case of the clinics, it was observed that 50% are considered not very successful and the other 50% are moderately successful; there were no completely successful ventures.
