For a pharmaceutical establishment of the drugstore type, hiring third-party warehouses for the preservation of pharmaceutical products has the disadvantage of generating complications that can directly affect their effectiveness, quality and safety, since there are warehouses that do not comply. with the legal standards established by the National Authority for Pharmaceutical Products, Medical Devices and Health Products (ANM). Another difficulty is the waiting time to enter or dispatch the products because the outsourced warehouse has several clients. Additionally, hiring an outsourced service generates additional costs for the company since, according to the purchase volume, pallets must continue to be expanded. Based on the above, this work identified the critical factors that arise during the implementation of the CASA FARMACEUTICA S.A.C drugstore's own warehouse. in compliance with GAP (R.M. No. 132-2015/MINSA); which will be able to safeguard the effectiveness, quality and safety of the medicines stored on site, and thereby ensure the Certification in Good Storage Practices (GAP). For this, a risk analysis methodology was applied. The evaluation period for these factors was 3 months, the duration of the warehouse implementation. This process began with the choice of the appropriate place, delimitation of the areas for the preparation of the internal distribution sketch, calculation of the useful volume, evaluation of the gaps in the Quality Management System, evaluation of the infrastructure, documentary writing of the Quality Management Manual. quality, standardized operating procedures (SOPs), formats, records, instructions; certification and continuous improvement plan. All of this was carried out under professional expertise and constant training, under the supervision of the technical director, also, based on professional university training, mainly in the Pharmaceutical Management course.
