Objective: To evaluate long-term dentoalveolar tissues in patients treated with Orthotropic therapy. Materials and Methods: Cephalometric radiographs of 30 patients who received Orthotropic therapy and 20 from the control group were evaluated at 3 times (T0 pre-treatment, T1 first control and T2 second control). Angular and linear dentoalveolar measurements were compared between the times of the Orthotropic therapy and the Control group; Subsequently, the individual times of each group were compared; The t-student and Whitney's U test were used to compare the therapy with the control; and to compare individual measurements between times, Anova and Friedman were used. Results: There were statistically significant differences for the Orthotropic group and the control at T1 for all variables except I-Nb mm; and continues to show them on T2: 1-SN, 1-F, I/I, I-Na, I-Na mm and P-Molar mm. The individual measurements between the times of Orthotropic therapy show from T0 to T1 vestibularization and proclination of the upper and lower incisors increasing their measurements 1-SN, 1-F 8.84, 1-P Mand, I-Na, I-Nb, I -Na and I-Nb mm. From T1 to T2 there is a palatinization and retroclination of the upper and lower incisors, decreasing in measurements 1-Sn, 1-F, I-Na, I-Nb, I-Na mm and I-Nb mm. Conclusions: Orthotropic therapy shows significant changes at the dentoalveolar level, maintaining them over time.
