School Environment is the main variable of this work of professional sufficiency. The main objective of this text is to implement the "Delegados de Convivencia" project as part of a promotional preventive program of School Environment in a private school in Metropolitan Lima during the year 2022. The project implementation process has five phases. These are: Phase 1: Institutional Diagnosis, Phase 2: Preparation of the General School Environment Program, Phase 3: Implementation of the "Delegados de Convivencia" Project, Phase 4: Constant training and accompaniment, and Phase 5: Evaluation of results. Of all these phases, the third is the one that contains the highest degree of management, while in phases 4 and 5, the function of training, intervention and evaluation of the project based on the actions of the students is evident. The instruments that were used were incident record sheets and self-assessment sheets. All these data were collected and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. As results, it was possible to confirm the objectives, since it was possible to correctly implement the already mentioned project, having a good scope and participation on the part of the students.
