The purpose of the study is to identify the use of media and information technologies, as well as to analyze the opinions of teachers about the effect that TIC generates in their work at the primary level of public schools from Andahuaylas, a province of the Department of Apurímac. The research method is quantitative and the design is non-experimental, purely descriptive. The sample consists of 31 primary level teachers from public schools who responded to the ENDO 2018. The findings were the following: the most used media are Radio and TV, the majority of which are open-signal programs. The most used information technologies are WhatsApp, email and Facebook, while the most used platform is Perú Educa. Teachers prefer to receive reports via text messages (SMS). The majority of teachers consulted consider that TIC facilitates collaborative learning between students and facilitates teachers' work in the classroom.
