Objective: To determine the relationship between family support and adherence to treatment in patient with pulmonary tuberculosis at the Infantas Health Center, San Martín de Porres - Lima, 2021. Material and method: A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study. and correlational. The technique used for family support was the survey; and the instrument, a questionnaire applied virtually in Google Forms. For adherence to treatment, the tuberculosis registration form was used, and data was collected using the observation technique. The population consisted of 64 patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis, who attend the ESNPCT of the Health Center. Results: In the family support during the first (100%) and the second phase (84.6%), a good level was obtained. Regarding the dimensions. The affective support in the first (100%) and second phase (76.9%), presented a good level. Emotional support in the first (100%) and second phase (79.5%), presented a good level. The instrumental support in the first (100%) and second phase (84.6%), presented a good level. Regarding compliance with drug treatment during the first phase (100%) and the second phase (74.4%), adherence to treatment was found. Conclusion: According to Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient (Rho = 0.579), there is a positive mean level relationship between family support and adherence to treatment in patient with pulmonary tuberculosis; which was statistically significant (p = 0.000), that is, high levels of family support correspond to high levels of adherence to treatment.
