The objective of this research was to describe the perceptions and opinions of teachers in public primary schools in the Ucayali region about teaching practice, according to Endo Remota 2020. Regarding methodology, this research developed a quantitative approach with a simple descriptive design and the variable studied was teaching practice. Data analysis was used as a technique and the questionnaire of the Remote Nacional Survey for Teachers (Endo) 2020 was used as an instrument. The sample consisted of 221 primary school teachers from public schools in Ucayali. For data processing, a statistical analysis was performed with the Stata/SE 17 program. The results showed that most teachers considered that access to technology is a very important factor that would help improve their pedagogical practice. In addition, the activity they found most difficult to carry out was dealing with students' socioemotional problems, and the easiest activity was planning activities under the competency-based approach. Also, less than half of the sample had developed a pedagogical innovation or good practice project. It was concluded that there are factors that would help to improve the development of teaching practices and some activities are easier and others more difficult for teachers to carry out. Finally, not all teachers tend to implement innovation projects or good practices.
