The work investigated the working conditions and quality of life related to health in the work team of the emergency assisted transportation system, within the context of the pandemic. Objective: To determine the relationship between workers conditions and the perception of the health-related quality of life of the work team of the Emergency Assisted Transportation System in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Material and methods: A descriptive correlational cross-sectional study was used, considering as a sample 184 workers from a population of 350, selected under simple random probabilistic sampling. The instrument used was the questionnaire on Conditions of Work, Employment and Health in Latin America and the Caribbean (CTESLAC) and the Health-Related Quality of Life Questionnaire. Results: Workers perceive that they are exposed to risky working conditions in hygienic, ergonomic, physical, labor, psychosocial aspects and lack of prevention of them, in the dimensions of employment conditions, work and resources, and preventive activities, on the other hand, the quality of life related to health, the perception is generally good, but with low scores in the dimensions vitality, mental health and changes in health.
