The objective of the present study was to describe the perception and opinion on in-service training of primary education teachers from public schools located in the Loreto region, according to the report of the National Teacher Survey (Endo Remota) 2020. In that way, the methodology was developed under a basic quantitative approach at a simple descriptive level. In this sense, the instruments used for the analysis were the questionnaire prepared by the Ministry of Education of Peru (Minedu), which allowed the identification of the variable "In-service training" and the matrix of operationalization of variables where the dimensions and items used in the questionnaire were detailed to quantitatively describe the results provided by the Endo Remota 2020 database, using the STATA 17 program. The sample consisted of 175 primary school teachers from the public in the Loreto region. The results showed that more than 40% of the teachers participated in virtual and TIC training courses. In terms of usefulness, more than 70% of the teachers considered the programs or strategies to be very useful for their work, 89.04% considered the ICT training to be very useful, while 87.06% rated the virtual courses as "very useful". Regarding factors that would help improve pedagogical practice, 74.42% of the teachers considered that access to technology/internet has an impact on improving their pedagogical practice and 53.49% stated that educational materials strengthen their performance. It was concluded that teachers in the Loreto region participated in training programs and the vast majority rated them as useful for their pedagogical practice.
