It benefits the scientific community, allows knowing the distribution of production and guiding research. Objective: To identify the scientific production of the professional stomatology career at the Universidad Peruvian Cayetano Heredia classified according to the classification by specialties of the American Dental Association, Lima-Peru, 2010-2019. Methods and Materials: The study was descriptive, observational, longitudinal and retrospective, using the records of the undergraduate projects of the graduates of the Faculty of Stomatology according to the repository of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and the records of the PRIMO database of the Central Library of the UPCH, the data selection was non-probabilistic because they were only those that followed the selection criteria. The population consisted of a total of 361 records of graduates; however, there was no information on 128 graduates, finally having 233 projects. The variables were the specialties according to ADA, sex, degree modality and terminal efficiency. Results: A significant association was found between the degree modality and the scientific production classified by ADA specialties (95% CI 0.003), the degree modality with the highest frequency was thesis with 72.10% (n = 168) belonging to the Public Health specialty (n = 66,%= 64.08), regarding the specialties according to ADA. Conclusion: There were 233 projects carried out predominantly by female researchers. The specialty with the greatest scientific production was Dental Public Health. In addition, a control of the time range in which the works were sustained in the period 2010-2019 was carried out. The average terminal efficiency of all specialties was 1.79 years (SD=1.06).
