The objective of this study is to develop a Plan and execution of activities to improve labor Engagement in the Operations area of a telecommunications company. The problem presented by the collaborators of the assigned area was investigated, using information collection tools, such as focus group, suggestion box and questionnaire. The result of this indicates that the area involved has a negative impact on management indicators, generating low performance, high staff turnover and lack of involvement by employees towards the area and the company. For this reason, a data analysis was carried out and it was found that the results are directed to the Work Engagement variable, for which a Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) questionnaire was applied, which measures the level of this and its dimensions. . After the application, the result was that the Operations area has a low level, so according to the result, a Plan was developed that included activities aimed at the dimensions of the study variable. Subsequently, according to the intervention and analysis, an improvement was obtained in the three levels of the dimensions of work engagement. It should be noted that the constant feedback to the staff contributed to the monitoring and motivation of each of the members.
