Introduction: Ballet is a highly perfected artistic dance that seeks a specific body type, that is, it emphasizes the dancer’s silhouette, which depends on sex, age, years of experience, diet, among others. Therefore, it is essential to know the eating habits of this population of interest, in order to improve their health status. Objective: To describe the eating habits in the dancers of the Municipal Ballet of Lima in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. Methodology: All the dancers who voluntarily stated that they participated in this research were included. The instruments used were: A questionnaire on Sociodemographic Characteristics and Eating Habits, which were applied trough a virtual interview on the zoom platform, prior coordination with the study researcher and the participant. Results: 72% of the population is within the range of 18 to 29 years of age. 84% of the dancers received nutritional information, of which 60% was from a Nutritionist. In addition, it is reported that 88% of the ballet population has unhealthy eating habits and 12% has healthy eating habits. Conclusion: The dancers of the Municipal Ballet of Lima presented unhealthy eating habits in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic. Limitations: This study had a small population of 25 participants and data collection was obtained through a virtual interview due to the pandemic by Covid 19.
