The primary purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Skeletal Muscle Disorders and the Quality of Life in Health of School Education Teachers in Cajamarca, for data collection, the CMDQ EEAE questionnaire and the health quality of life questionnaire validated by Salazar and Bernabe were used. The design of the study was descriptive observational cross-section applied to 360 teachers of the UGEL – Cajamarca. The content validity, criterion, internal consistency and reliability of the retest test were demonstrated, making it valid to use the CMDQ instrument in teachers. Through data processing, it was obtained that, the greatest ailment occurs at the neck level (58.6%), lower back (51.9%) and high back (50.6%). On the other hand, he is followed in right knee percentage (37.5%), right shoulder (29.7%) and buttock hip (28.1%). The results obtained from quality of life related to health in the physical health component are observed that, in all its dimensions (Physical Function, Physical Role, Body Pain and General Health), more than 95% of teachers stated that they felt physically well and the large part of teachers believes their mental health is good.
